The following Terms of Service pertain to any orders made on our website:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to request literature from EEM. Age verification is based on self-declaration at the time of order.
- If you are placing an order as an individual, you may only do so on your own behalf and to a single address at a time. If you are placing an order on behalf of an organization, you must be a member or employee of that organization and be duly authorized to make the request for EEM literature. EEM may request documentation of such authorization.
- In order for us to fulfill your order, you agree to provide us with the necessary personal data. Your data will be used only for processing and managing orders, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent except when necessary to fulfill your order.
- We cannot guarantee that the literature you order will be available at the time we receive and process your request. Orders may be fulfilled partially depending on stock availability, and substitutions may be offered.
- All materials are offered free of charge. Shipping costs are also covered for individuals and for organizations located within our area of operation (see point 8).
- Resale or commercial use of EEM literature is strictly prohibited. EEM literature is provided for personal or organizational use only.
- To help us manage resources:
- Individuals are allowed to order a limited quantity of each product (one copy per title and no more than seven items in total per order). Duplicate requests for the same product are not permitted.
- Organizations are allowed to order once per quarter, subject to stock availability, review, and approval by EEM staff. Bulk orders may be adjusted depending on mission priorities.
- We offer our products only within certain geographical areas, generally comprising Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe as well as some Asian countries (former USSR). Eligibility is determined based on the shipping address, and EEM reserves the right to decline orders outside approved regions.
- All orders are subject to approval by EEM staff. EEM reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, based on mission alignment, resource constraints, or other criteria.
- EEM may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website and ordering of literature implies acceptance of the updated terms.
- EEM is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or damages connected to the use of the literature.
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
